The organization was established by Walter P. Chrysler on June 6, 1925, when the Maxwell Motor Company was re-coordinated into the Chrysler Corporation.[3] Walter Chrysler had initially shown up at the weak Maxwell-Chalmers organization in the mid 1920s, having been employed to dominate and redesign the organization's pained tasks (soon after having done a comparable salvage work at the Willys vehicle organization). In late 1923 creation of the Chalmers auto was ended, Then in January of 1924 Walter Chrysler dispatched the generally welcomed Chrysler car. The Chrysler was a 6-chamber auto, intended to furnish clients with a high level, all around designed vehicle, however at a more moderate cost than they may anticipate. (Components of this vehicle are discernible back to a model which had been a work in progress at Willys at the time that Walter Chrysler was there). 

The Chrysler brand was on special in India. It's renowned for its Chrysler 300, Chrysler Avenger models. The maker 80.00 Lakh. There is no authority word from the maker on its reemergence into the Indian market.
